My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were really excellent, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. However, the lack of windows made for a less-than-ideal start to the day. My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The rooms were modern with high-quality finishing, a lovely lime green and cream color scheme, and had ample space with cleverly designed amenities like a tucked-away coffee and tea making area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the necessary plugs and a convenient control panel for lights, curtains, and A/C. The service was outstanding, with the staff helping me organize a special day for my partner's birthday and always being friendly and knowledgeable. The location couldn't have been better, just a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bars.
